This NZ Kotare Kingfisher Hanging Ornament is a lovely wee decoration to hang on the Christmas tree or give as a small gift, representing one of our much loved native birds.

The kingfisher is a native bird that tends to frequent coastal and inland freshwater areas. In residential areas near lakes, estuaries and rocky coastlines, you will often see them perched on powerlines when rain is coming. Quite a handy weather forecaster!

This Kingfisher decoration is made from laser cut bamboo and 6mm thick satin acrylic. It measures approximately 11.9cm x 5.4cm, and comes ready to hang.
